You may have seen prank videos all over social media of a bloke scaring people or just pranking them.

I am not a big fan of this, but I do find it funny that the prankster gets mad when it backfires on them also human statues and people dressing up like a plant or furniture.

I contacted the City of Milwaukee just to find out if something like this could happen in a city like Milwaukee, they replayed that there is nothing in place or ordinance to prohibit this from happening but, I am thinking if the person is not damaging property or harming people, they could do this in the city Milwaukee too.

 Not just in Los Angeles, London UK, and New York city the Milwaukee Parks told me that this would not be allowed at all on any park property. Also, it goes agents Milwaukee County ordinance 47.16 Disorderly conduct, and you need a permit to do anything in the parks. Then you will have to wait until your permit gets approve then you can do anything you want if it falls under the categories listed on the application. In my opinion this would not be allowed in Milwaukee County or the state of Wisconsin. This is why videos like this should not be on social media because someone could get in big trouble if they try to attempt something they saw on social media.
